Simple Recipes for the Season: Soft Scrambled Eggs on Toast with Goat Cheese

Over very low heat, slowly scramble eggs in butter. Toast slices of bread, then spread with a thin layer of goat cheese.

Top with the scrambled eggs, minced chives and their blossoms, freshly cracked black pepper and coarse sea salt.
